Started making my diet adjustments today. Not a lot of fat, lots of veggies and fruits, and increasing my water intake.
Did an 8 mile run this afternoon - sloooowwww. The slow was on purpose as I wanted to "ease" back into the running - but, the 8 miles took the "ease" out of it. So, I compromised.
Felt fairly good afterward - knee was a little tight from the colder weather, but it didn't hurt.
Excited about the marathon - not looking forward to the training ... :)
