I was only supposed to run 4 (with 5 on "Friday" - which would have been tomorrow due to me running in the evening). The way I figure, it's more important to get the weekly mileage in than the non-long run daily mileage. Tomorrow, I get to run 4.25 to ensure my weekly mileage is correct :)
I went a little "easy" - 11:40-ish per mile. It felt good! The running - the pace was a tad slow.
Oh! And, I got to wear SHORTS today to run in! YES! I really really really like the tights - but, SHORTS!!!!
I ate fairly well today, as well. I did eat an Egg McMuffin and coffee for breakfast --- I need SOME protein! --- and a turky/ham sandwich for lunch, and a bowl of oatmeal w/ raisins for dinner. Plus, two snacks - 1 banana and 1 apple.
Nice day all around.
