I went out and ran an even slower 4.11 miles this evening. Nice and slow, and a route I haven't ran in forever. Nice. What I didn't take into consideration was the uphill 75% of the way. Bleh. That's okay, hills are good for you :)
Did very well on food today: Egg McMuffin (~300 calories, decent fat count, and great protein count), lunch = Turkey/Ham Samich from Subway, and dinner = Shredded Wheat ...
No running tomorrow - but group long run on Saturday morning (7 miles, I believe - no biggie yet).
Oh, and keep my new "friend" Gillian in your thoughts. She was in CardioRehab and got booted out and is now in the hospital for tests - OH MY!
